Zerorez^® Pricing

Zerorez's standard carpet cleaning service includes pre-treating, agitating the carpet fibers with our Zr Lifter^®, and cleaning using our proprietary Zr Water^® - a powerful, non-toxic cleaner replacing the need for soaps, detergents, or harsh chemicals that many traditional cleaners use. Without soapy residue bonding to your carpet fibers, your carpets dry faster and stay cleaner longer!

One room of carpet is defined as tacked-down wall-to-wall carpeting, around 200-250 square feet (ask your local office for their specific square footage maximums). Any furniture in the room is not subtracted from the square footage and we clean up to and around any large furniture.

Any room exceeding your Zerorez location's standard size counts as two or more rooms, even if walls or dividers do not separate the spaces.

Discounted room rates may be available for additional rooms cleaned after the first 3-4 rooms.

Some locations price carpet cleaning based on the overall square footage of your home.

Hallways do not count as a full room and generally have a set flat cleaning fee. Some locations price hallways by the length (linear footage).

Hallways cannot be counted as a room in any room special pricing or Zerorez promotions unless specified.

A carpeted staircase is usually priced based on the number of steps, in addition to landing(s), according to the standard staircase definition for your location.

Additional steps are priced per step and per linear foot for additional landings.

Stairs are not counted as a room and cannot be substituted in any room special pricing or Zerorez promotions.

Technicians identify pet and biological stains in your carpet when doing the initial home walkthrough, and will offer our amazing pet and biological carpet treatment, which is highly recommended for removing both stains and odors, but is always optional.

If you decline a pet treatment, you waive your 30-Day Gotta-Love-It Guarantee™ for that area of your home. Cleaning may agitate the smells and odors in that area if not properly treated and removed.

As our pet treatment does require additional cleaning procedures and product, it is priced per pet stain and level of treatment.

Zerorez offers carpet protector to customers post-cleaning to help protect the carpet against wear and spills.

We highly recommend carpet protector to help lengthen the life of your carpet, maintain some carpet stain warranties, and prolong your Zerorez cleaning.

The price of the carpet protector is priced per room or area (i.e., hallway, stairs) and on the type/level of protector applied, and is always optional.

Area rug pricing depends on if the rug is cleaned in your home while cleaning other surfaces, or, if available, is taken back to Zerorez facilities for a rug bath and deeper cleaning service.

The Zerorez rug cleaning cost is dependent on the size of your rug and the rug fibers (synthetic fibers vs natural fibers).

Area rugs are not considered carpeted rooms and don't count toward room bundles.

Zerorez's upholstery cleaning process includes specialty upholstery tools and our Zr™ Water which keep chairs, couches, ottomans, and other upholstery softer and cleaner for longer. All locations can clean most types of fabric upholstery, and some can handle leather and other materials. Upholstery cleaning usually includes the sides, backs, cushions, and included pillows on the furniture. Throw pillows are not included in the pricing.

Pricing for upholstery cleaning is usually based on size - either the number of seats, the length of the furniture, or a combination.

There is an additional cost for applying our Premium Fiber Protector on your upholstery, which prolongs the life of your furniture, minimizes spots from future spills, and keeps your furniture cleaner, longer.

Zerorez cleans both tile and grout, sealing grout without the use of harsh chemicals that can leave harmful residue. Our proven cleaning process leaves your floor cleaner, longer.

Tile prices are based either on a price per square footage, or priced by standard sized areas or rooms of tile.

As dirt, dust, dander, and chemicals build-up in your home, they travel through your air ducts for you and your family to breathe in. Consistent air duct cleanings, recommended every 2-5 years, are essential for maintaining a clean, healthy home.

Available at select locations, Zerorez's powerful air duct cleaning equipment and processes safely extracts contaminates, dust, allergens, and more from the entire ventilation system without dusting your home in the process.

To get the most accurate quote for air duct pricing, it helps to know the number of systems you have (A/C units), the size of your home, and the number of registers and returns, as costs are based on these items. Your technician will give you the final quote once in your home as he or she can then properly access your ventilation system size.

Natural stone such as granite, marble, limestone, travertine, and other stone surfaces are naturally porous and require specific care to maintain their natural beauty. These surfaces require cleaning and sealing, and not all locations seal stone flooring. Stone is usually priced by the square foot.

Zerorez provides intensive hardwood cleaning without the need for sanding and restoration services. Prices are based either on square footage or by the room.

There is an additional, optional fee for applying a high-quality, long-lasting, water-based polyurethane coating to preserve the wood's natural beauty.

Mattresses collect a wide array of dust, shedding hair, and dead skin cells. Our process lifts spots out of the mattress fibers, extends the life of your mattress, and leaves it smelling fresh and clean. Zerorez prices for cleaning mattresses are based on the size of your mattress.

Available at select Zerorez locations, we use a multi-step process to clean and seal your shower glass surfaces and bathroom surounds. We eliminate hard water deposits and then fill in glass surface pores to make future cleaning easier and more effective. It's a non-toxic cleaner that will leave your shower glass cleaner, longer. Our Zr Maids™ clean primarily with Zr Water^®, a non-toxic all-surface cleaner that replaces the need for soaps or harsh chemicals that other traditional cleaners often use. Our house cleaners clean kitchens and bathrooms as well as other rooms of the house, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down baseboards, and more.

We offer significant discounts for repeat monthly and bi-monthly customers.

Subject to change based on your location, our introductory housecleaning prices begin at $175 for 2 hours with one cleaner, or 1.5 hours for two cleaners. It is $50 for every additional half hour. There are additional add-ons like deep cleaning upholstery, mattresses, area rugs, tile, stone, showers, countertops, windows, and autos which will be quoted to you on-site.
